Difrent ran the managed service at Kelway during 2012 and 2014. Steve and the team were based onsite delivered resources across Level 1-3 Engineers, Project Managers and Solution Architects within a 24hour SLA across the UK and Europe. During a 24 month period Difrent supplied over 60 heads to support end to end delivery for Kelway and their client base. The team worked tirelessly to support delivery, often round the clock and into the weekend’s, they were entirely delivery focused, highly recommended.

Rachel joined the board at NMC as a CTO to help us understand our IT and Digital estate better, undertake a review of our people, processes and technology and then deliver an aggressive improvement programme; stabilising our core infrastructure and enabling readiness for our business transformation programme.

During her tenure, she transformed the IT and Digital team to permanent heads rather than interims (70/30), moved our infrastructure out to the cloud achieving substantial financial savings and successfully implemented Agile throughout the business ensuring initiatives like Revalidation could achieve the results they needed to externally as the ways of working had transformed internally.

Rachel worked with The National Archives for 6-months as Interim CTO and initiated a technology transformation programme that continued after her departure. From the outset, she injected energy and enthusiasm into the technology and digital teams during a time of significant change. As a key member of the Executive Team and Board, her 'brief' was simply to provide clarity (of what we had/what we needed) and a plan to take us there.
